I need to get some rest tonight,
My body is so tired;
Rest is good, I know I should,
After this day expired.
My muscles ache, my body's sore,
My brain, it throbs so deep;
I know, but yet, I now forget,
As I watch my love sleep.
To be away from her a night,
Is just as bad as death;
Right now it seems, better then dreams,
