We were born unalive,handcrafted in God's own beloved image... pinocchio was created as Gipettos precious work of skill. We come across many temptations each day and when we surrender to these wicked snares we grow farther apart from our God and savior...just as Pinocchio gave into his own will his nose grew longer and longer and he journeyed farther and farther away from his home.
Our holy spirit tries to guide us in the right direction keep us out of trouble and to do what is right in the eyes of God... Jiminy Cricket tried to help Pinocchio not be led astray.We long to be saved,to become alive,more like our father in heaven... Pinocchio longed to be made into a REAL boy. We long to be with our father...just as lost Pinocchio yearned to see Gipettos face once again. Pinocchio did what was right and by doing this was made into a live being,with a heart,and a soul and a mind...we are also made alive when we turn to the father believing in him,trusting him,loving him and doing his will,when he calls us home there will be a celebration with a banquet and the rejoicing of angels.
