We live in a world that since I was a child back in the 70's has changed so much in these 30yrs that it is almost hard to believe. This past century has change more than all the other added together. I'm glad that I'm at an age that I can deal with it pretty well, unlike my grandparents who have seen a lot more changes than I have.
Don't get me wrong I love computers, just look what they can do - it's just so unreal from video games, the Internet, air traffic control - there is no telling what they will come up with next for them to do.
The only thing left just about is AI. At this rate I can't help but wonder how far will it go I mean we have to have a stopping point somewhere don't we? At this speed will we make this world into some kind of sci-fi like place. Space is that the direction we are heading toward? Are we planning on moving people to Mars someday? Or are we going to wipe out ourselves in some kind of stupid war? I think we spend to much time wondering if we could instead of wondering weather or not we should.
Maybe we should all take a good look at our lives and start living more for the moment than living in tomorrow. Who knows, god did not promise you tomorrow so take what you have today.
Racism, why is everyone so black or white? I'm really disappointed that in this day and age that we still are fighting over something as stupid as this. We need to put the color issue down for awhile and see how much better we can make this place. Along the way we might find something inside ourselves that we just might like, like inner peace. I mean we can keep hating something just because it's different from yourself or we can evolve.
We don't need a war with another country to wipe ourselves out we're doing a good enough job of that on our own. There are more people in the world today than ever so we're going to have to get along or there's no hope for the future for our kids, if we can't get along what is that the lesson we're teaching them.
The politics and cover up in today's world is far more than you are I can possible know about, and no I'm not talking about Roswell. I'm talking about the things that the government won't talk about like what kind of weapons that they have, secret deals with big business and other countries, and other insidious secrets.
I know about National Security but if they have something that's going to end the world I'd like to know about it. I don't want the government on my case, I'm just trying to make a point.
